Seller’s Charter & Ethics
1. I will reveal my true identity.
It is above all a legal and tax obligation! Do not use a piece of identification that does not belong to you and do not try to impersonate someone other than yourself, either in your contact information or in your public profile (photo, bio, etc.). It’s more honest for your customers, and it will save you a lot of problems if there are audits.
2. I’m not spamming
Promoting your microservices or services can sometimes be essential to stand out from the crowd and get some first sales. It is advertising and it is perfectly normal. But relentlessly relaunching customers, writing to other sellers, or sending unsolicited emails, it is then called spam. It’s boring for everyone, and besides, it’s against the law.
3. I will be respectful with my clients and Bumbizz customer service.
Put yourself in your client’s shoes and adopt the behaviour you would like us to adopt with you. Even when your client makes derogatory remarks. It is sometimes difficult, as we all know, but it is the key to unflinching professionalism. Respond to your customers, say hello, goodbye, thank you. We appreciate all courteous exchanges. Stay in control.
4. I will not issue a quote or an invoice.
Maybe you didn’t know, but on Bumbizz, it’s useless. The quote is your microservice or services, just invite your customer to refer to it, checking the right options, and select his favorite payment method to book and validate his choice. The invoice is automatically issued when everything is done. That much time saved.
5. I will hold all my discussions on Bumbizz only.
Whether it is oral or written, you can do everything on Bumbizz then why leave the site?
6. I will not refer my clients to another site.
If you have things to show, it is through the chat that you have the opportunity to do so, so enjoy!
7. I’ll only get paid on Bumbizz.
8. I won’t work for free.
It is, of course, tempting to be of service, altruistic as we are. And then this customer promised he would order tomorrow, why doubt it… The golden rule is obviously not to start performing your service before the actual passage of an order. You can fill in a lead as much as you want, but once things get serious, ask them to pay you by placing an order. If there’s a problem, then you’ll both be protected.
9. I won’t sell out my microservices either.
10. I will not accept an order without all the instructions.
11. I will remove my microservices from the sale when I am not available.
If you go to your microservices page, you can choose to withdraw from the sale those of your choice. An hour, a day, a month, you decide. It avoids having to have new orders when you are overwhelmed, being disturbed when you rest, and especially having to cancel or refund because you will eventually not have time. Rest assured, this has no other consequence than not being able to order the microservice in question.
12. I will remove my microservices from the sale when I am not available.
13. I will not deliver an empty order to avoid a delay.
14. I’ll justify all my cancellations.
This customer, who believed in you, and paid you to do a task that he is not able to do himself, and who may have waited several days, is finally reimbursed after you have cancelled his order without warning. He most likely deserves an apology, but also an explanation from you. Otherwise, our team will ask you for it.
15. I will not ask for a positive review in exchange for a bonus.
16. I will not order my own microservices to give false opinions.
When you start your activity on the platform it is easy to be tempted to order your own microservices to finally get your first opinions! Even if your approach may not be dishonest, you are still deceiving your future clients. In addition to being perfectly illegal, you will also admit that it is not ideal to start a relationship of trust with them (and even with us). This is a practice that you probably don’t appreciate on sites where you are the customer yourself. So be patient, treat your microservices to attract customers, advertise around you to give you a little boost and orders will arrive.
17. You will not steal the work of another supplier.
18. Finally, I will respect the terms & Conditions.
Yes, These general conditions of sale and use that we always accept all eyes closed. On Bumbizz, they are not there to bother you or hide you in small lines a particular condition, but to guarantee the proper functioning of our site and our ethics. From the ordering process to the fees associated with each transaction, to what is allowed to be done or not, it’s all there. Sellers, customers, and even our team are subject to it. But all this you already knew, since you read them.:)
